Truly One of the Best Moments…
Today in rock history, in 1994: Donny Osmond of the Osmonds and Danny Bonaduce of the Partridge Family appear in a three-round charity boxing match. The fight was created after Osmond taunted Bonaduce at the gym they both frequented. Bonaduce won the split decision. Boys, boys, boys – how many times have I told you, no fighting! Now that they’re old enough to know better (you’d think!), if you can stand it, let’s take a look at some vids from these boys when they were in their prime. well you know me, i think both of those suck the hairy root even though i readily admit both donny & danny have 10 times the talent i have. But they have much less talent than you have, Mr. M-L.
Meanwhile, howsomever, puppy love is a legitimate subject for song as you and i both know and agree.
But good GOD look at this brilliant drunken throwaway by Ray Davies that still stands up in my mind at least as killer, probably in my Top Ten of ALLL TIMES from School Boys in Disgrace, the first time we fall in love
